After 7+ years working in the mental health field alongside youth and families navigating crisis, systems, and everything in between — I saw the same gap over and over: families who needed someone in their corner, not just a referral list. I'm currently completing my Master of Social Work, and I built this practice to be the bridge I kept wishing existed. Whether your child needs to find their confidence or your family needs help making sense of a system that feels impossible — this is that place.
